Retraction policy
There are two types of retraction - partial and full. In the case of full retraction, the article will not be removed from the platform where it was initially published. Instead, only the retraction text will be published in the XML version of the article. This retraction text will contain the editor justification for the retraction, as well as the basic details of the article, such as title, author, affiliation, and abstract. On the other hand, for partial retractions, only the problematic section of the article will be removed.
In both cases, the original PDF version of the article will be kept, but the retraction text will be added to it. In the case of a full retraction, the article will be marked with watermark stripes to indicate that it has been retracted. The retraction text must provide a complete citation of the article being retracted and explain the reason behind the retraction. If it's a partial retraction, the retraction text should clearly indicate which part of the article has been altered.
